I believe John Deehan is the attacking coach, he replaced Paul Wilkinson and I do not think either of them have done a good job. Stuart Grey appointed John Deehan so ultimately it is his responsibility but I am sure everyone will agree that to have achieved the league position he has with the players at his disposal is a fantastic achievement.
Hutchinson has too much to prove and is now trying too hard because of his injury and discipline record. Either loan him out to prove he can control himself or play him in the U21s until he can tackle without going to ground, otherwise he is too much of a liability IMO
Keep our young squad together for a few years under the guidance of an excellent coach and start bringing U21s through and the future is bright, the future is blue and white
Must be time to give the kids a chance up front. Hardworking but slow strikers aimlessly chasing around to try and win the ball but failing is bad tactics IMO. Pace to get on behind teams is desperately needed to at least stretch the opposition.
Strikers and midfielders not able to head a ball and not even willing to challenge for headers. Also players not making the right decisions as looking for glory. Also some players jogging back not sprinting.
