Brandao And Keith Andrews to sign by close of business today, Roger Johnson will hopefully make the Slovenia trip.
For those already writing Brandoa off, give him a chance, 30 Champions League and Europa league goals to his name, a 1 in 3 Striker, and plays very well with his back to goal.
1.) I actually think these players are back stops if we do not get main targets.

2.) Brandao topic is hot with the comments of past his sell by date. Tricky Trevor, Viv Anderson as I recall we supposed to be past their sell by date when we signed them how wrong were those people me included

Andy the fans you talk about are concerned about his age because this is a very physical league, and the players you mentioned were used to it, he would too long time to adjust, I for one think he is too old. Trouble is Wed fans want to see signings and some are desperate to have anybody. I'm not I wanted to see quality new signings. As for this new owner as they say they is no smoke without fire, I worry

Everybody should calm down and stop making judgements on players that are linked to the Owls. Until the players are signed there is no point saying that this player is too old, not good enough or we can't afford him. Secondly I keep reading on here that it will only be freebies and by implication poor quality players that are signed again. Unless some of the posters on here are tapping the phones in the offices at Hillsborough nobody except those in authority at Hillsborough knows what the player budget is and nobody at Hillsborough is going to give out that information because that could put on a couple of noughts on to any transfer target. Thirdly as many people have said on here in the past there is no such thing as freebie players when agents fee, signing on fee and players wages are included. Finally we have signed three, what some people call "freebies" players in the close season in Hutchinson, Loovans and Westwood and they are quality players. They were all wanted by other Championship clubs and and we must have matched the wages if not bettered the other clubs offer. If SG can sign another three or four players of the same caliber I for one will be very happy. SG knows what he is doing and who he wants.

Strictly speaking No Fat birds you are wrong, Stevie May cost us £800k.
Spending a million on a player does not mean you will get success, Forest spent upwards of £1.5m on Antonio - More fool them.
Don't try telling me you cannot build a decent squad on free transfers, our best three players this season were all free, Westwood, Hutchinson and Lee's.
And as for the MM bashers, I mean really, the man stepped in to save our club when most of you were staying away from Hillsborough.
have a little respect, its clear he wants to take a back seat, but cannot until a suitable buyer is found Mammodov or otherwise, but he is in this for £30m.
So when you say he needs to put his hand in his pocket and blah de blah de blah, on average he has been doing that to the tune of £10m a season since he has been here.
Only because of this are we even a saleable asset, so look at the facts, recognise what he has done and lay off the guy.
Maybe, just maybe contout is not a striker.

Is he even all that famous?
Lets get some perspective here, the contracts were signed and EXCHANGED this much is confirmed.
The only way that this will not go through now is if the FL do not ratify it, its that simple.
When MM sold Leicester, it took 10 weeks to be ratified.
Reading are due to be sold today, if there takeover gets ratified before ours does, this is when I will start to worry!
