Right boys and girls here it comes! We are currently sitting comfortably in 18th position in the championship with a "coach" who doesn't buy the players, has a poor track record and has been put in the position of here's some new players, make a team! Poor lad hasn't got a clue about the championship, and is a poor manager/coach. Check his record. I said pre season that Roeder wanted a puppet to use to pick his team and I still stick by that. For god sake what did he ever do when he was a manager? I honestly believe CC has the best intentions, but no idea! I know everyone talks about being too early in the season etc etc, and it's a 2 year plan, but we have no chance at the moment. Chopping and changing the team is just ridiculous, and I don't blame CC but he just doesn't understand, or more worrying can't do it! I, like everyone else on this site wants success, but I fear that Mr.C acted too quickly in his new additions to the back room staff, and was ill advised. I don't know the answer, but squad rotation with 20 internationals like his mate Jose does might work, but it certainly isn't working at S6. Someone please make me smile again. UTO

In addition to what Dodger said, CC's comments after Bolton match all we were short of is goals. stop telling us what we have known for more than a season, we need a striker. The situation with players is ludicrous, Jack Hunt had a good start now can't get on bench, Mcguggan fans favourite can't get on bench. We have spent money with no basic plan of how we move forward, we appear to have spent for spendings sake and that sums up Roeder average player, poor manager and disaster incorporated as an advisor, GET HIM OUT!

All points to roeder in my eyes. Agree with what you say Lincoln but hunt played last night . And I think we should give LM some time before we assume he's no making the squad anything could have happened with his new born

There was a press report some days ago saying that McGugan had asked for a loan move away. How true, I do not know. However, to the Carvalhal situation: how many wonder if we are entering a re-run of the Dave Jones situation - when some of us were shouting early for his removal only to be rebuked for our lack of patience and even accused of disloyalty to the club. Last night we were told that it was another good show on the road - but Bolton had more corners, more shots on goal and hit the bar. Mere statistics? Actually statistics matter - they get us promoted or relegated. The Fulham game is critical- surely we can and must win that one. If we don't,then what?
