Milan is in the press this morning asking for the fans support for Mr Chansiri.
MM also reiterates his belief in Mr Chansiri's intentions to take us to the Prem. saying he will spend but not waste money to do so.
If MM or Mr Chansiri or their reps read this site, on behalf of the majority of fans I would say he has the fans total support for what he's done so far, the pitch & scoreboard.
I for one trust his intentions and believe he fully intends to deliver on his promises.
But he is a fish, "or tuna magnate" out of water at the moment in the football world and desperately needs good advice. Not what he appears to be getting.
To replace Stuart Gray with the rumoured Carlos and Cooper is hardly likely to get the fans excited and is almost guaranteed to be a total waste of his money.
I would bet my money that by Xmas they will both be on very expensive gardening leave and we are trying to recruit a new manager, head coach or whatever title they want to give themselves.
He should save himself some money now by paying off Roeder and recruiting an adviser such as "Harry Redknapp" or other similar calibre and respect "name", who wouldn't necessarily have to live up here, to help him choose a manager and target players who are capable of delivering what he is promising.
Because Roeder and C&C definitely won't! Ever!

Absolutely correct hOWLer. Question is :- How do we put pressure on DC to dump these two misfits?

I don't think you can put pressure on him to do anything its his money, I would have thought though that MM would have been in touch with him,and said what the cockadoodledoo are you doing,If as it to be confirmed Carvalhal and Cooper are coming in why did they just not bite the bullet and get Gray back as head coach? otherwise Bullen is just a good a bet as Cooper in my humble opinion

Tiberius & anyone else that agrees with my original post,:-
Why not click "AGREE" and add your own post to the thread in the hope that Mr Chansiri is advised that "fans" have genuine concerns about the direction we appear to be taking.
I would be amazed if nobody at the club visits this site?
Hopefully one of them might have the courage to draw his attention to our comments at least?

I am with you howler I have been banging on for the last 2 weeks if things don't improve quickly we are looking at a Blackpool repeat.
Still cannot believe we are offering players reduced contracts, makes no sense at all, still can't believe we are considering Cooper as a higher profile manager than SG. We need to start a get Roeder out campaign.

Lincoln, thankfully we are not alone in wanting Roeder away, but I see us in a totally different situation to Blackpool.
My understanding there , in simple terms, is that Mr Oyston invested money, made a lot more , and decided to keep it!
Mr Chansiri has only put a lot of money in, and unless he makes us successful he stands to lose a big slice of it at least.
I totally believe Mr Chansiri has nothing but the best motives for us and I believe he fully intends to do what he says.
However, he has no history in, or knowledge of the game in this country at all.
So he is being (mis)guided by others. None of whom , as far as I can detect at any rate, are qualified to give that advice.
That is the problem, and that is why I feel we, and he, should be concerned.
Just to answer your contracts point, your offer to any player would reflect how much you wanted to keep them.
If we are looking to seriously improve the quality of the squad , as we claim, we wouldn't be too worried about whether those handful of players take up the offer or not because they would likely be only squad players anyway.
The only thing that worries me about the playing side at the mo is . We don't have any! . And nobody to sign any! . that's all Mr Mainwaring! Don't panic - yet!

A few are trying to say negative comments are ones against Chansiri. Nothing could be farther from the truth someone with access to his ear needs make him aware that Roeder has a dodgy record in management at best and no proven record as scout, He wanted to be a DoF for 6 years and no one would have him which I think says it all. Cooper may have qualities but there is nothing obvious which says they would be a success at Championship level and long drawn out process does not augur well. Carvalhal has problem of not working as coach for 3 years which just rings alarm bells. The system set up can work but you need a DoF that knows what he is doing and a coach proven at this level. Actually think we had one of few coaches who would have been happy to work in this role.
If we are looking for good young British manager Gary Rowett has excellent record. Valencia coach Ian Cartho, Moyes assistant Billy McKinlay others who could work in this scenario but not much experience in Championship.
DoF role is difficult but think some one like Chris Turner, Terry Burton (still lives in Sheffield) should be looked at. Certain candidates are available from abroad but do not have sufficient knowledge to make comment.
Sorry for long response but feel alternatives should be offered if you criticise what appears to be happening.

Who suggested Reoder to Chansiri? if he has no knowledge of football because they want sacking aswell and where is Paul Aldridge he's been in the game long enough surely to know about Reoder

Frankel , as usual I'm in total accord with you apart from one small area .
Your point about fans shouldn't criticise those involved in the pantomime down at Hillsboro unless they put other names forward.
Lots of fans have no knowledge or interest in the personalities outside their own club. Surely that shouldn't prevent them voicing their concerns when they see individuals apparently taking our chairman and our club for a ride.
Lets face it, if we are powerless to influence even the price of a pie or a cup of tea at the ground, I fail to see how fans throwing names in to the pot are going to influence the recruitment process for the Manager, or Head Coach or whatever title they are up for.
However, I note with interest the names you put forward.
My only observation on those would be that Chris Turner I feel would not be too keen to forfeit his powerful and secure role at Chesterfield to rejoin us?
And I think Terry Burton is at West Brom with Tony Pulis , but he might see a more senior role with us as attractive perhaps, and I agree he is a very knowledgable and widely respected coach with good contacts in the game.
Priority though, I'm sure you agree, is a "football adviser to Mr Chansiri"!
A right hand man who he, and the fans can trust to act in his best interests and take the club towards his aim, and our dream.
